Team Leaders – Sports Operations

Job Description

YouGov is seeking Team Leaders for its Sports Operations team in Navi Mumbai, India. In this role, the individual will contribute to analyzing sports broadcasts and social media to provide insights into sponsorship exposure for global clients.Role involves:

• Assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring timely and accurate project audits.
• Communicating briefs effectively to auditors.
• Managing project progress using internal software.
• Auditing automatic sponsor detections in TV broadcasts and social media content.
• Quality controlling projects and advising on errors.
• Coordinating team workloads and monitoring individual schedules.
• Identifying potential training needs for staff and assisting in training new team members.
• Liaising with internal clients and assisting with problem-solving.
• Maintaining accurate work logs.
• Carrying out skills assessments of auditors.
• Performing line management duties.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and ask questions.
• Ability to manage own workload and deadlines.
• High level of proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
