YouGov is seeking a Research Manager to join their team in Sydney, Australia. The Research Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering market research projects, supporting key client accounts, and contributing to the wider YouGov team in Australia. They will also manage and oversee the ISO program for the research team.This role involves:
- Managing and delivering market research projects.
- Supporting and developing key client accounts.
- Contributing to the wider YouGov team in Australia.
- Managing 1-2 research executives.
- Leading the team in ISO management and compliance.
Requirements for this role include:
- 3-5 years of market research experience in an agency.
- Strong understanding of ISO 20252 standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience supervising and mentoring team members.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident with working rights.
