YouGov is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Media Preparation Executive, focusing on sports events. This role is based in Mumbai, India, and involves supporting the sports exposure monitoring team. The Media Preparation Executive will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and analyzing footage to identify branding, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.Role involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the technical aspects of the footage sourcing system.
• Demonstrating strong organizational skills to ensure key sport events are recorded at key times.
• Identifying the source of footage and its broadcast regions.
• Planning and managing workload to meet footage request deadlines.
• Reacting quickly to undertake urgent footage requests.
• Taking an exposure monitoring project from start to finish.
• Becoming comfortable with the entire project process and managing multiple projects.
• Demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Gaining enough sport specific event and brand exposure knowledge.
