YouGov is seeking an Account Manager in Breda, Netherlands. The Account Manager will serve as a sparring partner for clients, identifying their needs and defining optimal solutions using YouGov's research options. The role involves steering a client portfolio, achieving commercial targets, and challenging colleagues and customers with expertise. The Account Manager will report to the Commercial Lead.Role involves:
Defining concrete and creative research proposals.
Developing relevant insights with market analysts.
Translating insights into actionable strategies.
Advising customers on effective strategies based on market trends.
Requirements:
Proactive team player.
3+ years of commercial experience in a client-centric environment.
Understanding of customer opportunities and business context.
Analytical skills to translate insights into solutions.
Commercial drive with a fact-based consultancy approach.
Good communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
Understanding of the FMCG industry.
Familiarity with consumer panels (preferred).
Contact and network within NL FMCG clients (preferred).
Good Dutch language skills (min. B2+; preferred).
