Job Description
YouGov is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join their Member Platform team. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract and is fully remote, based in Mexico. The Product Operations Specialist will report to the Product Operations Manager and collaborate with the Member Platform product team on initiatives that impact millions of YouGov members. YouGov values experimentation, adaptability, and thoughtful problem-solving.

Role involves:
  • Implementing and maintaining workflows for product development.
  • Facilitating alignment between Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
  • Supporting the management of internal tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Tracking operational challenges and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Gathering and sharing stakeholder feedback.
  • Identifying areas for workflow optimization.
  • Supporting the launch of new products and features.
  • Investigating flagged accounts and setting up a fraud review process.
