Job Description

YouGov is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate ERP Support Analyst to join their dynamic team in Mumbai. The Graduate ERP Analyst will provide technical support for the ERP system, assisting clients in resolving issues, improving system functionality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with an interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technical support.

The role involves:

  • Providing support to users of the ERP system, assisting in troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and addressing user inquiries.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new users and provide ongoing training on ERP features and best practices.
  • Working with senior analysts to configure and maintain the ERP system, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and processes.
  • Providing first-line support for the ERP system by managing and triaging service desk tickets.
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining user manuals, system documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Collaborating with other departments and team members to understand business needs.
  • Staying updated on ERP updates, new features, and industry trends to suggest improvements to the system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Finance/Accounting
  • Basic Knowledge of SAP or NetSuite ERP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to work with a cross-functional team.
  • Strong interest in continuing learning in ERP systems, and technical support.
