Graduate Finance Executive

Job Description

YouGov is seeking a Graduate Finance Executive to join their growing Finance team in the Mumbai Centre of Excellence (CENX). This role reports to one of the Leaders in the Finance CENX Team, also based in Mumbai, and will support global finance processes.

The 12-month graduate programme offers global accounting process training, on-the-job coaching, and support from the People Experience & Development team. An opportunity to progress in the role will be available at the end of the programme, based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring processes are run accurately and on time.
• Suggesting and implementing process improvements.
• Support the end-to-end billing and cash application process.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Help ensure employees worldwide are paid accurately and on time.
• Work with finance teams to implement and maintain RPA solutions.
• Support the implementation of new finance tools.

Requirements:

• Preferred qualification of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, technology or business-related disciplines.
• Experience in roles which has involved finances, numbers or dealing with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is advantageous.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to work well within a team.
• Quick learner with a flexible approach to work.
• Proven ability to deliver results effectively and efficiently.
