Graduate Panel Executive

Job Description

YouGov is seeking a Graduate Panel Executive to join their Operations Team in Mumbai, India. This is a permanent, hybrid role starting in August 2025. The Graduate Panel Executive will support research teams in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and APAC by providing excellent service around YouGov's Online Panels.

The 12-month graduate program offers training in the world of YouGov’s Online Panels, with on-the-job coaching and support from the Talent Development team. There is an opportunity for a permanent position at the end of the program.

The role involves:

• Running feasibility checks in YouGov Panels.
• Providing internal clients with sampling plans & best practices.
• Technical set-up and launch of fieldwork projects.
• Aligning and technical set-up with Partner Panels.
• Running daily Quality Control across Panels.
• Maintaining accurate record administration.

Requirements:

• Creative & flexible thinking & working.
• Teamwork skills.
• Analytical and numerical skills.
• Ideally, a degree in a data-based, socio-economic, or psychological subject.
• Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using standard Microsoft applications.
• Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
