HR Generalist

Job Description

YouGov is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its Global People Team in Prague. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive end-to-end HR operational support across multiple European countries, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers. The HR Generalist will be a key point of contact for employees and line managers, supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

The role involves:

• Providing end-to-end HR operational support to employees and managers.
• Managing employee lifecycle activities across multiple European countries.
• Serving as a key point of contact for employees and line managers.
• Onboarding new starters and managing employee-related changes.
• Administering family leave policies and overseeing the termination process.
• Supporting monthly payroll administration.
• Ensuring HR Operations processes are compliant with local employment regulations.
• Utilizing Workday for employee data management and reporting.
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
• Experience in European countries such as Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Germany, Denmark or Netherlands.
• Strong knowledge of local and other European countries labour law.
• Experience using Workday as an HRIS.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Customer-focused with great stakeholder management skills.
• Personable with great communication skills.
