Job Description

KnowBe4, a leading security awareness training and simulated phishing platform provider, is seeking a Snr. Sales Engineer to handle complex sales engagements and work with large or strategic accounts. The Snr. Sales Engineer will leverage their deep understanding of KnowBe4 products and the cybersecurity industry to address technical objections and design comprehensive solutions. This role involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to sales strategies, and providing product feedback.

The Snr. Sales Engineer is expected to work independently and proactively drive sales opportunities forward. They will build strong relationships with prospects, communicate KnowBe4's value proposition, and tailor presentations to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge
  • Contribute to sales strategy and coach teammates
  • Develop and execute Proof of Value plans
  • Resolve technical issues and address objections
  • Build customer relationships and tailor presentations
  • Mentor aspiring Sales Engineers

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of technical sales or sales engineering experience
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office
  • Strong technical background in cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead complex sales engagements
