KnowBe4 is seeking a Marketing Manager to effectively promote and position the company's brand. This role is based in London, England, and involves developing and implementing marketing campaigns aligned with KnowBe4 HQ strategies. The Marketing Manager will forge strong relationships with Sales, manage lead generation campaigns, and optimize direct marketing communications.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Manage lead generation campaigns.
- Optimize design, content, and messaging for direct marketing communications.
- Measure campaign results and optimize lead nurture tracks.
- Research and test new marketing lead campaigns.
- Craft landing pages and lead generation forms.
- Support SEO management and paid search campaigns.
- Create shareable content for social media.
- Support event selection and management.
- Manage administrative tasks, including budget management.
Requirements: - MA or Degree in Marketing or business-related subjects.
- Minimum 3 years in marketing management experience.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Prior experience with marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM software (a plus).
- Infectious positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
