Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking an Account Executive (SMB) to identify and acquire new clients within the Small/Medium business segment. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas through various prospecting methods and by following up on inbound leads. Role involves:
  • Acquiring Small/Medium-sized new logo accounts within assigned territory.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of Small/Medium business opportunities.
  • Articulating the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products.
  • Understanding an organization’s buying needs and key decision makers.
  • Offering subscription levels, multi-year deals, and negotiating pricing.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records via Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with Channel sales representatives.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years experience selling to Small/Medium sized businesses.
  • Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable.
  • Familiarity with IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry, desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce, a plus.
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Stats driven business professional.
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter.
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
