Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Channel Account Manager to manage and develop partners to drive increased deal registrations and new customers. The Channel Account Manager will play a key role in ensuring partners have a positive experience with KnowBe4 and provide excellent customer service. They will manage multiple partner accounts effectively, leverage KnowBe4 marketing content, and equip partners with demand generation tools.Role involves:
  • Owning and managing a large portfolio of established partners
  • Establishing productive relationships with key personnel
  • Conducting onboarding and discovery with partners
  • Developing joint marketing plans
  • Assessing and communicating partner needs
  • Performing product demos
  • Increasing partner deal registrations
  • Closing Net New business
  • Maintaining pipeline and forecasting
  • Supporting sales and customer success teams
  • Ensuring partner compliance
  • Maintaining records in Salesforce.com
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Familiarity with IT Security Field a plus
  • Experience with Channel Sales preferred
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Sales aptitude working with channel partners
  • Ability to manage in high-volume sales environment
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills
