Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Channel Account Manager to manage and develop partners to drive increased deal registrations and new customers. The Channel Account Manager will play a key role in ensuring partners have a positive experience with KnowBe4 and provide excellent customer service. They will manage multiple partner accounts effectively, leverage KnowBe4 marketing content, and equip partners with demand generation tools.Role involves:
- Owning and managing a large portfolio of established partners
- Establishing productive relationships with key personnel
- Conducting onboarding and discovery with partners
- Developing joint marketing plans
- Assessing and communicating partner needs
- Performing product demos
- Increasing partner deal registrations
- Closing Net New business
- Maintaining pipeline and forecasting
- Supporting sales and customer success teams
- Ensuring partner compliance
- Maintaining records in Salesforce.com
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Familiarity with IT Security Field a plus
- Experience with Channel Sales preferred
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Sales aptitude working with channel partners
- Ability to manage in high-volume sales environment
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
