Job Description

KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Development Representative to kickstart the sales process. The Sales Development Representative will generate opportunities and build the revenue pipeline through inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting. The role involves researching potential clients, crafting compelling messages, and scheduling meetings for Territory and Account Executives.

Role Involves:

  • Identifying and researching organizations that fit KnowBe4’s ideal customer profile.
  • Reaching out to key stakeholders via phone, email, and LinkedIn with personalized messaging.
  • Addressing objections and creating excitement about meeting with the team.
  • Collaborating with Territory/Account Executives to generate opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Keeping detailed records of activities in the CRM.
  • Sharing results and insights with leadership during monthly business reviews.
