The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner, engaging with automotive clients at senior managerial levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of automotive business dynamics.
  • Serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibiting accountability for agency performance.
  • Managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Managing client expectations, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Providing guidance to team members.
  • Leading an integrated agency model.
  • Fostering growth and career development for direct reports.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of account management experience, with a focus on digital and CRM.
  • Strong mid to senior-level client experience.
  • Exceptional business leadership skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Experience in communications planning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective collaboration within a geographically dispersed team.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Automotive experience preferred.
