The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner, engaging with automotive clients at senior managerial levels.
Responsibilities:
- Gaining a deep understanding of automotive business dynamics.
- Serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Exhibiting accountability for agency performance.
- Managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- Managing client expectations, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Providing guidance to team members.
- Leading an integrated agency model.
- Fostering growth and career development for direct reports.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of account management experience, with a focus on digital and CRM.
- Strong mid to senior-level client experience.
- Exceptional business leadership skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Experience in communications planning.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective collaboration within a geographically dispersed team.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Automotive experience preferred.
