Job Description
RAPP Chicago is seeking an Account Director to join its Account Leadership team. RAPP is a global precision marketing agency that leverages data, creativity, technology, and empathy to foster client growth. The Account Director will be a master of coordination, demonstrating strong Business Leadership skills and understanding the agency's portfolio of offerings to solve client business problems. They will own relationships with client stakeholders and drive agency operations.

The role involves:
  • Acting as a direct liaison between clients, cross-functional leadership, Technology Team and Army’s Tech teams
  • Actively listening to client needs and feedback and communicating it to the Technology Team
  • Building and fostering client trust and managing feedback against the technology modernization roadmap
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the Technology agency partner
  • Proactively managing deliverables, releases, resourcing, and hours
  • Managing technology projects, reports, data pulls, and data integrations
  • Presenting project updates and roadmap reviews to the client

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in direct marketing, advertising, and/or digital marketing
  • Strong background or have 4+ years’ experience with tech and CRM
  • Previous integrated marketing account experience and/or CRM experience a plus
  • Experience supporting integrated marking campaigns
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and technology
  • Strong strategic skills and ability to develop storytelling decks
  • Experience and comfortable in presenting to clients, taking their feedback and managing expectations based on scope
