RAPP Detroit is seeking an Account Executive to join its Account Leadership team. The Role Involves:
- Mastering coordination and demonstrating Business Leadership skills.
- Understanding the agency's portfolio and applying it to solve client problems.
- Partnering and owning relationships with mid-to-junior level clients.
- Driving agency operations forward.
Responsibilities:
- Building expertise on competitive landscapes and product differentiators.
- Collaborating with strategy to develop briefs and participate in marketing strategy development.
- Establishing relationships with junior clients and escalating potential problems.
- Partnering with internal groups and evaluating creative work.
- Writing accurate scopes, tracking scope, and managing finances.
- Communicating issues that can result in scope changes and issuing change orders.
- Monitoring project hand-offs and driving value-added projects.
- Providing project status reports and setting up meetings with accurate notes.
Requirements:
- Established track record of coordinating client initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of industry experience.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to express ideas clearly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic, creative, and holistic thinking about client opportunities.
- Passion for doing great work.
