Job Description
RAPP Dallas is seeking an Account Executive to join their Account Leadership team. RAPP is a global precision marketing agency that leverages data, creativity, technology, and empathy to foster client growth. The Account Executive will be an expert in coordination and demonstrate proficiency in core Account Management skills. They will understand the agency's portfolio of offerings and how to apply them to solve client business problems.
The role involves:
- Creating and maintaining key relationships within the client organization.
- Managing relationships with vendors and evaluating vendor products.
- Evaluating client processes and communicating opportunities for improvement.
- Building expertise on a brand’s competitive landscape and product differentiators.
- Participating in the development of client marketing strategy.
- Collaborating with internal and client teams.
- Evaluating creative work and providing feedback.
- Preparing campaign reporting/tracking.
- Managing project budgets and issues change orders.
- Monitoring critical project hand-offs.
- Preparing weekly/monthly project status reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-5 years industry experience with digital or CRM background.
- Agency experience is a must.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns (including CRM, digital).
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and organize ideas well.
- Capable of presenting ideas/new opinions with confidence.
- Attention to detail and client brand guidelines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client opportunities.
- Ability to work with team members across two offices.
