Job Description
RAPP Chicago is seeking an Account Executive, Tech Enablement to join their Account Leadership team. RAPP is a precision marketing agency that leverages data, creativity, technology, and empathy to foster client growth. They are part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, with over 2,000 employees across 15+ global markets.

The Role Involves:
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Building and fostering client trust.
  • Managing projects and timelines.
  • Communicating with sub-contractors.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in direct/digital marketing.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of technology platforms and systems.
  • Familiarity with AWS/cloud computing is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and handle cross-functional projects.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, including multi-channel campaigns and CRM.
