RAPP Chicago is seeking an Account Executive, Tech Enablement to join their Account Leadership team. RAPP is a precision marketing agency that leverages data, creativity, technology, and empathy to foster client growth. They are part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, with over 2,000 employees across 15+ global markets.
The Role Involves:
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Building and fostering client trust.
- Managing projects and timelines.
- Communicating with sub-contractors.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in direct/digital marketing.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of technology platforms and systems.
- Familiarity with AWS/cloud computing is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and handle cross-functional projects.
- Understanding of marketing principles, including multi-channel campaigns and CRM.
