Job Description

RAPP Dallas is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join its award-winning Account Leadership team. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing internal teams and aligning with client expectations. He/she will act as the day-to-day manager of the client relationship, a brand advocate, an agency facilitator, and a trusted partner to both clients and the team.

The Account Supervisor will use his/her marketing acumen and acute business sense to steward all elements of the engagement including project definition, scope management, risk management, hand-off management, and team management.

RAPP is part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, and it is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.

Role involves:

  • Being a liaison to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding and supporting creative and technical workstreams.
  • Demonstrating accountability for agency performance.
  • Facilitating the development of project briefs.
  • Managing client expectations, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborating with other departments to create and activate marketing communications plans.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of account management experience in an agency setting.
  • CRM experience.
  • Experience working with creative, analytics/marketing sciences, and technical teams.
  • Solid mid-level client experience and ability to navigate complex client organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
