Job Description

RAPP is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to join their Account Leadership team. The Field Operations Specialist will manage OEM automotive fixed operations clients within an assigned territory, focusing on client satisfaction, customer retention, and increasing marketing performance. This role involves daily in-person aftersales marketing consultations and managing all client-facing aspects of the relationship.

The Field Operations Specialist represents the face of the brand by conducting daily in-person aftersales marketing consultations. You will manage all client-facing aspects of the relationship: marketing consultations, data analysis, offer selection, creative options, billing questions, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with dealer clients
  • Conduct dealership consultations, providing data analysis and recommendations
  • Partner with OEM field representatives to coordinate marketing improvements
  • Understand and drive key performance indicator (KPI) improvement
  • Examine client performance to identify areas of opportunity
  • Communicate with clients at various management levels
  • Strategize aftersales marketing performance and solutions
  • Manage customer issues and conflict resolution
  • Achieve assigned sales and retention targets
  • Maintain dealer contacts and business activity in Salesforce.com

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (automotive or marketing preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of automotive/marketing experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Word, Excel, Email, and Internet
