RAPP is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to join their Account Leadership team. The Field Operations Specialist manages OEM automotive fixed operations clients within an assigned territory, focusing on client satisfaction, customer retention, and increasing marketing performance. This role involves daily in-person aftersales marketing consultations and managing all client-facing aspects of the relationship.
Role Involves:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with dealer clients.
- Conducting dealership consultations, providing data analysis and recommendations.
- Partnering with OEM field representatives to coordinate marketing improvements.
- Understanding and driving key performance indicator (KPI) improvement.
- Managing customer issues and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (automotive or marketing preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of automotive/marketing experience.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Salesforce.com, Word, Excel, and Email.
