Art Director

Job Description

RAPP Dallas is seeking an Art Director to join its award-winning Creative team. The Art Director will bring strong conceptual thinking, highly developed design skills, and expertise in a wide range of design programs. He/She will push the boundaries of creative excellence while ensuring the delivery of best-in-class work. Collaboration will be at the heart of his/her role as he/she works with creative partners and team members across core departments to ensure client satisfaction.

The role involves:

• Executing creative concepts across various media.
• Generating innovative ideas.
• Handling high-level projects and managing multiple assignments.
• Demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, and graphic design.
• Adapting and applying brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with creative partners and core departments.
• Presenting creative work effectively.
• Managing workflow efficiently.
• Staying current with design and technological trends.
• Taking ownership of the production process.
• Developing work within budget and guidelines.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of art direction experience.
• Portfolio showcasing produced work across channels.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Moderate experience in prototyping tools.
• Strong skills in typography, layout design, and animation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
