RAPP Dallas is seeking a Senior Strategist to join their Experience Strategy team. The Senior Strategist will use a data-driven approach to architect customer journeys, identify engagement opportunities, and deliver customer value. They will develop communication strategies, insights into customer beliefs, and design customer experience programs across various channels.
Responsibilities: - Lead communication strategy development.
- Develop marketing campaigns utilizing CRM principles.
- Develop insights into customer beliefs and attitudes.
- Design customer experience programs.
- Research and write creative briefs.
- Develop content strategy for new campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams.
- Collaborate with other vendors and agency partners.
- Work with Marketing Sciences team to establish KPIs.
- Develop presentations and present recommendations to client.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM best practices.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning at an agency.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and prior experience developing business rules.
- Data-driven, critical thinking marketer.
- Strong knowledge of CRM channel experience.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and client teams.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and development of Powerpoint or Keynote presentations.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
