Job Description

RAPP, a global precision marketing agency, is seeking an HR Executive in Malaysia. The HR Executive will report to the SEA Managing Director and APAC People Director. This role is responsible for end-to-end HR functions with a primary focus on Recruitment, L&D and data management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including budget approval, job postings, sourcing, interview arrangements, and offer management.
  • L&D: Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs, sourcing providers, coordinating programs, and managing online learning.
  • Data Management: Maintaining employee records, training data, and generating reports.
  • HRIS management & maintenance of employee data, key liaison for Omnicom/RAPP system projects
  • Monthly payroll instructions, salary reviews
  • Handling payroll instructions and salary reviews.
  • Managing HRIS and employee data.
  • Handling ad hoc HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Mature, resourceful, and collaborative attitude.
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and local labor laws.
  • Minimum 4 years of end-to-end HR experience.
