Job Description
RAPP Dallas is seeking a Director of Analytics Enablement to join their Marketing Sciences team. RAPP is a global precision marketing agency that leverages data, creativity, technology, and empathy to foster client growth. The Director will support the collection and activation of analytics data across client projects, providing consultation and technical solutions for measurement and reporting goals.
The role involves:
- Interfacing with client and partner contacts.
- Authoring client-facing documents.
- Educating clients and agency colleagues on industry changes.
- Performing discovery of client marketing and technology ecosystems.
- Authoring and maintaining campaign naming and URL tagging conventions.
- Conducting tag management implementation and validation.
- Advising on CRM, email marketing, and mobile app measurement.
- Conceiving of tracking architecture for client initiatives.
- Providing comprehensive validation of all tracking implemented.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of analytics and technology experience.
- Experience with CRM and digital media analytics platforms.
- Experience utilizing enterprise tag management systems.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with A/B/multivariate website testing tools.
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
