Director, Integrated Delivery

Job Description

RAPP Dallas is seeking a Director, Integrated Delivery to join their Program Management team. This role involves providing inspirational leadership and driving force for the Production department through professional expertise, team building, and strategic thinking.

• Participates in company strategic planning and decision making.
• Manages the operation, activities, and financial results for the department.
• Ensures the integration of services with other departments.
• Builds cohesive, effective work teams and provides support, coaching, and feedback.
• Leads, manages, and motivates the Production Department.
• Builds and maintains excellent working relationships with Agency partners and vendors.
• Takes a role in new business.
• Supports the Agency in complete Direct Marketing solutions.

Requirements for this position include:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in direct mail production, preferably in an ad agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of various print processes, lettershop, postal, personalization, and prepress.
• Knowledge of Electronic and Traditional studios.
• Working knowledge of prepress operations.
• Highly developed interpersonal, team building, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and effectively with little supervision.
• Proven supervisory, management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
