Job Description

RAPP Dallas is seeking a Project Manager to join their Program Management team. RAPP is a global precision marketing agency that leverages data, creativity, technology, and empathy to foster client growth. The Project Manager will drive the initiation, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects and tasks, ensuring consistency with company strategy, client requirements, and project goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and tracking simultaneous projects.
• Communicating and reporting on project status.
• Developing project estimates and timelines.
• Mitigating risk and problem-solving.
• Supporting client relationships.
• Providing project metrics.
• Leading effective meetings.
• Championing agency process and quality work.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years Project Management experience
• Entry-level agency experience preferred
• Email / Direct Mail experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Workfront or similar project management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
