Senior Director, Program Management - Tech Modernization

Job Description

RAPP Chicago is seeking a Senior Director of Program Management to lead tech modernization efforts. This role involves managing complex technology, analytics, and marketing programs, as well as internal strategic initiatives. The Senior Director will be responsible for driving business value through process and execution, creative problem-solving, and strong people skills.Responsibilities include:

• Roadmap development, planning, and execution of integrated portfolios.
• Leading new request discovery, scoping, and estimations.
• Overseeing the full life cycle of project and program delivery.
• Managing financial performance and revenue impact.
• Leading financial, contracting, vendor, and resourcing needs.
• Cultivating strong partnerships with internal and external teams.
• Evaluating and optimizing agency and delivery processes.
• Building and developing project management talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 10-15 years of program and portfolio management experience.
• Expertise in MS Office products and project management tools.
• Experience in CRM, technology, analytics platform modernization, and cloud transformation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, people management, and negotiation skills.
