Job Description

RAPP Argentina is seeking a Tech Lead to join its innovative and agile team. The Tech Lead will be responsible for planning and coordinating end-to-end projects, including client meetings, presentations, briefs, and reports. The role also involves recruiting profiles with ad hoc skills for each project.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, planning abilities, strategic thinking, and team leadership qualities. Prior experience in digital platforms, such as websites, social media, data, and CRM, is required. Experience in similar agencies will be highly valued.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordination of projects end to end.
• Meetings with clients, presentations, brief, reports, etc.
• Recruitment of profiles with skills ad hoc to the need of each project.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital platforms: websites, social networks, data and CRM.
• Previous experience in similar agencies will be valued.
