Udacity, now an Accenture company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive its fast-growing enterprise business. The role focuses on existing customer retention and growth within an assigned region. The Enterprise Account Executive will empower leading companies by providing training in the latest technologies, enabling them to deliver new products and services globally. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of selling to C-level executives.
What this role involves:
- Prospecting, identifying, and qualifying sales pipeline.
- Renewing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Understanding customer pain points and tailoring solutions.
- Conducting effective meetings with Director, VP, and C-suite level executives.
- Partnering with the product team to provide feedback and identify opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in a startup environment.
- Consultative and solution/value selling approach.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Superior research skills.
- Proven track record of over-achievement in enterprise sales.
- Forward-looking, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
