Job Description
Udacity is seeking a Mentor Success Associate to join their Mentor Ops team. This role focuses on onboarding and managing mentors who provide specialized services to students enrolled through Enterprise clients, government partnerships, or scholarship programs. The Mentor Success Associate will collaborate with various teams to support the launch of new programs and assist experienced team members with projects across all GTMs.Responsibilities include:
  • Serving as the primary internal contact for mentor services delivery for assigned client programs.
  • Onboarding mentors through webinars and resources.
  • Documenting new processes and workflows.
  • Communicating challenges and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing sales enablement resources.
  • Collaborating with GTM teams to understand client requirements.
  • Maintaining communication with mentors.
  • Tracking services delivered and managing mentor payments.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Analyzing mentor survey feedback.
Udacity requires:
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience supporting multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with giving presentations.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in using different methods for tracking information.
  • Fluency in English.
