Job Description

Creditas is seeking a Senior Internal Technology Auditor to join their team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating and improving the organization's governance, risk management, and control processes.

The Senior Internal Technology Auditor will work closely with the audit team to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, security protocols, and audit methodologies.

Creditas is looking for someone to:

• Support the manager in preparing the annual internal audit plan, focusing on information technology.
• Define the scope of audits and develop work programs.
• Participate in the preparation and updating of the risk matrix.
• Execute planned and special audits.
• Prepare, discuss, and present findings and reports.
• Develop dashboards and executive presentations with key performance indicators (KPIs) to report results.
• Monitor changes in audit standards and regulations applicable to financial institutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in internal technology auditing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial institutions.
• Knowledge and experience in testing compliance with BACEN regulations.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Engineering, and/or related areas.
• CISA certification or postgraduate degree in areas related to technology and information systems is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of at least one of the following tools for executing tests: SQL, ACL, Excel, Tableau, and/or similar.
• Critical thinking, organization, excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work in a multifunctional, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• Experience in evaluating topics such as: IT governance; Cloud environments; information security; technology infrastructure; technology vendor management; scanning software; antivirus; change management; databases; incident management and Business Continuity Plan (BCP); data protection and privacy (LGPD).
• Familiarity with IT audit standards and frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27001, etc.).
