Job Description
Creditas, a leading financial services platform in Latin America, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is within the Product Operation team, which manages the end-to-end product of benefit cards, including monitoring operations, providing B2B and B2C support, and maintaining relationships with strategic partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling daily operations, directing solutions with internal teams and external partners, coordinating team activities, and identifying opportunities for increased productivity and operational efficiency.

Role involves:
  • Controlling the daily operation of benefit cards.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the card market with knowledge of product creation and lifecycle.
  • Detailed understanding of all stages involved in a complete transaction.
  • Experience in team management with leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Developed analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
