Partnering with leaders to develop and implement people strategies.
Maximizing employee potential and creating high-performing teams.
Collaborating with HR colleagues to drive global people projects.
Advising stakeholders on people topics and providing solutions.
Using people data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in a HRBP role.
University degree or relevant HR qualification.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
Proven ability to lead and support organization change initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics.
In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Getting things done mentality and resilient.

Confident with English.
