Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

IMC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Amsterdam. The role involves:

• Overseeing the employee onboarding process including assisting in post recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, schedule and paperwork
• Coordinating logistics around expat hires
• Managing and maintaining all employee files, digital library and records
• HR data management (data entry in Workday)
• Assisting in Benefits administration
• Organizing HR events
• Providing a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues
• Coordinating Immigration cases and records including maintain documentation and case progression
• Ad-hoc (local and global) projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor in a relevant field (Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an international, tech driven, preferably in a scale-up environment
• Comfortable working with high standards in a dynamic and flat organization
• Hands on mentality, able to prioritize, plan and use time effectively
• Critical, with an eye for detail, though pragmatic
• Great stakeholder management skills and team player
• Autonomous with a driven, tenacious and outcome focused mentality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Adaptability in adjusting to rapidly changing environment and course of action
