Immigration Manager

Job Description

IMC Trading is seeking an experienced Immigration Manager to lead the immigration team and the organization’s US immigration and mobility efforts. This role involves overseeing employment-based visa sponsorship and ensuring compliance with immigration laws.IMC Trading is looking for someone with strong leadership, deep immigration expertise, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.Responsibilities:

• Leading the organization’s immigration and global mobility function.
• Overseeing end-to-end case management.
• Serving as the subject matter expert on immigration policies.
• Managing relationships with external legal counsel.
• Ensuring organizational compliance with federal regulations.
• Providing strategic guidance for global mobility matters.
• Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes.
• Developing and delivering training materials.
• Championing an employee-focused approach to immigration support.
• Collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Legal teams.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline immigration processes.
• Leading or supporting special projects.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in corporate immigration or global mobility.
• Deep understanding of U.S. immigration law.
• Proven ability to build relationships.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience managing external immigration counsel.
• Experience with immigration case management systems.
• Skilled in data tracking and reporting.
• Workday HRIS experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
