Job Description

IMC is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment activities in their Amsterdam office. The Recruitment Coordinator will ensure a smooth hiring process for candidates and internal teams.

The role involves:

  • Handling job postings and ATS entries.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews and meetings.
  • Updating candidate data in the ATS, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Managing vacancies and candidate communication.
  • Providing technical support to candidates and the recruitment team.
  • Collaborating with HR for onboarding.
  • Maintaining and updating the recruitment dashboard.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in administration, office management, or as an executive/personal assistant.
  • Recruitment or HR experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing multiple admin tasks and staying organised.
  • Passionate about building relationships and working with diverse people.
  • Service-minded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong in organisation, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
