IMC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their growing HR team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for developing employees and leaders, driving high performance, and ensuring an exceptional working environment. The Senior HRBP will partner with leaders to implement people-related strategies and foster employee engagement.
Role Involves:
Partnering with department heads on strategic HR initiatives.
Consulting with leaders on performance management and employee relations.
Providing 1:1 coaching to team leads and managers.
Designing and executing L&D programs.
Participating in final round interviews.
Managing HR operations including termination processes.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
8+ years’ experience as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
Executive Coaching experience desired.
Preparedness to participate in frequent 1:1 meetings.
Proven experience in coaching leaders.
Superior communication skills.
