Job Description

IMC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to enhance its talent acquisition strategy in Mumbai. The Senior Recruiter will identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent to support the firm’s growth and operational excellence. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop strategies aligned with talent acquisition goals, while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

• Focus on strategy and execution for XP hires across Trading, Technology, and Business Support.
• Work on projects to continuously improve hiring processes.
• Use ideas, curiosity, and market knowledge to set and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key business leaders globally and regionally.
• Represent the IMC brand externally in the India market.
• Manage relationships with external agencies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Analyze, report, and present key findings, driving changes where required.

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Solid international exposure.
• Experience in finance or professional services (HFT, international tech, international bank/hedge fund, scale-up preferred).
• Experience building successful hiring strategies.
• Independent, assertive, collaborative, and open-minded.
• Quick learner.
• Superior communication skills.
• Common sense and pragmatism to solve problems.
