Job Description

IMC is seeking a Technology Recruiter to join their team in Amsterdam. The Technology Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, partnering with stakeholders and managers to drive IMC’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with top engineering talent and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The Technology Recruiter will play a crucial role in finding the right talent to leverage IMC's in-house developed software. They will have the opportunity to connect with the best engineers in Europe and around the world, contributing to the company's success in making better and faster trading decisions.

Role Involves:

  • Taking full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Driving data-driven decision-making and pipeline management.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and shaping their application process.
  • Consulting with stakeholders on strategic and tactical hiring needs.
  • Representing IMC in the marketplace at meet-ups and career events.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop the IMC brand.
  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders and agency partners.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of technology recruitment experience.
  • Experience sourcing and managing candidates for software engineering and/or IT infrastructure roles.
  • Direct sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive talent.
  • Passionate about candidate experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with optimising ATS workflows (GreenHouse is a plus).
