IMC Trading is seeking a Senior Equity Options Volatility Trader to join their US Equity Options business in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue by identifying and capitalizing on short-term mispricing and managing larger positions. This role involves close collaboration with research and quant teams to analyze results and improve trading strategies. The candidate will take ownership and drive strategies forward.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Experienced equity options trader with at least 2 years of experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a healthy risk appetite.
• Ability to identify patterns and describe them analytically.
• Preference for relevant tertiary qualifications with strong academic results.
• Passionate about understanding volatility dynamics.
• In tune with the fundamental drivers of stocks and can work effectively with a research analyst team.
