FREENOW is seeking a Head of CRM to lead and execute a long-term lifecycle strategy that fuels growth across its ride-hailing services. The Head of CRM will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for defining and executing a long-term lifecycle strategy that fuels growth across our ride-hailing services.
The role involves:
Developing and executing a comprehensive lifecycle strategy across a 9-country portfolio.
Leading and mentoring a team of senior CRM and technical specialists.
Partnering with senior leads in marketing, operations, and product to design and implement efficient lifecycle automations.
Creating and managing quarterly roadmaps focused on high-impact, revenue-generating lifecycle initiatives.
Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting tactics as needed.
Utilizing analytics to conduct experiments and provide actionable insights.
Ensuring transparency and understanding of lifecycle performance.
Leveraging the MarTech stack, including tools like Braze, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
Requirements for the role include:
Demonstrated experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, ideally within app-based platforms or consumer-focused brands.
Experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
A strong analytical approach with a focus on customer-centric strategies and campaign performance metrics.
In-depth knowledge of customer engagement, automation, experimentation, and mass communication tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
