Job Description
Tatari is seeking an Account Executive to join their Client Development team and drive new business growth. Tatari is a company revolutionizing TV advertising, working with disruptor brands to grow their business using linear and streaming TV ads. The Account Executive will be integral to all stages of the sales cycle, from initial strategy and pipeline generation to deal negotiation and close. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the TV advertising industry and previous sales experience at a media or adtech company.
Responsibilities:
- Drive leads, grow pipeline, push deal progression, and meet sales quotas
- Understand the mindset of performance/growth marketers to deliver compelling sales presentations
- Negotiate business terms with decision-makers and executives
- Work closely with Client Services and Media Buying teams to strategically support account growth
- Communicate with Client Development leadership regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities
Requirements:
- 1+ years sales experience in performance advertising (preferably linear or CTV) sales
- 1+ years of B2B digital or television advertising experience
- High motor to keep pace with fast moving clients to quickly grow the business
- 2+ years of experience in TV, Media, or AdTech (preferred)
- Demonstrated past success achieving growth objectives
- Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as fostering a collaborative environment
- Experience with CRM software is a plus (we use Hubspot)
- Bachelor’s degree
Tatari offers:
- Total compensation: $110,000 - 150,000/annually (75% Base + 25% quarterly incentive plan)
