Tatari is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its Media Intelligence team in Los Angeles. The company is revolutionizing TV advertising by providing a platform that combines media buying with analytics. The role involves shaping the future of the platform and enabling collaboration between engineers and data scientists.

• Leading the Media Intelligence team of Senior Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Building a high-quality and scalable ML platform.
• Shaping the future of the platform.
• Enabling effective collaboration between engineers and data scientists.
• Working closely with a dedicated Product Manager and Data Science leaders.
• Hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Defining the growth roadmap for the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a software development org.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Experience managing, developing, testing, and iterating on user-facing machine learning models.
• Experience working directly with data science and research partners.
• Significant experience using data and analytics to solve problems.
• Demonstrated success building and shipping software products.
• Experience with Python, Postgres, Airflow, Redshift, Spark, etc.
