Senior Engineering Manager, Media Intelligence

Job Description

Tatari is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its Media Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-quality and scalable ML platform to power the next generation of intelligent recommendations for Media Buying and insights. This role involves shaping the future of the platform and enabling effective collaboration between engineers and data scientists.

• Technical leadership
• Managing a team of Senior Engineers and Data Scientists
• Defining the product roadmap
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Hiring and onboarding new team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
• Strong communication and people skills
• Experience managing user-facing machine learning models
• Familiarity with model evaluation methods
• Experience building and shipping software products
• Experience with Python, Postgres, Airflow, Redshift, Spark, etc.
