Senior QA/SDET Engineer

Tatari is seeking a Senior QA Automation (SDET) Engineer to join their Reporting and Measurement Engineering team. Tatari is a company that is revolutionizing TV advertising. The ideal candidate will support the resiliency of Tatari’s measurement dashboards, develop safeguards and validations for critical data pipelines, shape the broader testing strategy, driving technical excellence, and lead initiatives to improve overall software quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning the quality of software releases
• Designing and developing a test automation framework for back end systems, data pipelines, and front end components
• Partnering with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to debug complex issues
• Creating and maintaining data driven automation tests
• Collaborating with the engineering team to improve functional code coverage
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test specifications
• Executing manual and automated tests, recording defects, verifying fixes, and proposing enhancements
• Partnering with SRE to construct the necessary test environment and QA Lab

Requirements include:

• 5+ years in SDET or Test Automation QA Engineer
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Experience testing high volume web applications with back end analytics and data processing
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience implementing test automation frameworks for UI, API, micro services, and data pipelines
• Detail oriented with a passion for testing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
