Job Description
Tatari is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to bring clarity, smarts, and velocity to its product, engineering, and data science development programs. As the first TPM hired, the individual will define the TPM function at Tatari. The ideal candidate will expertly create project charters, build complex project schedules, and reduce ambiguity, ensuring projects achieve desired scope, deadlines, and goals.
Role Involves:
- Creating and aligning on software project charters and goals.
- Building and maintaining complex multi-phase project schedules.
- Developing milestones and work backward plans.
- Detecting hidden risks and proactively finding solutions.
- Facilitating cross-team collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Product Manager in software and SaaS development.
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Deep experience in Agile & Scrum.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Ad Tech Experience a big plus
