Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Description

Tatari is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to bring clarity, smarts, and velocity to its product, engineering, and data science development programs. As the first TPM hired, the individual will define the TPM function at Tatari. The ideal candidate will expertly create project charters, build complex project schedules, and reduce ambiguity. They will also detect hidden risks, free up engineering teams, and communicate effectively with executive leadership.

Role Involves:

• Creating and aligning on software project charters and goals.
• Building and maintaining complex multi-phase project schedules.
• Developing thoughtful milestones and work backward plans.
• Reducing ambiguity and orchestrating well-oiled projects.
• Detecting hidden risks and proactively finding solutions.
• Ensuring teams are well-informed and aligned.
• Interfacing with executive leadership with strong presentation skills.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Product Manager in software and SaaS development.
• Experience in a startup environment collaborating across engineering, product, design and data science teams.
• Deep experience in Agile & Scrum, and proficiency with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Ad Tech Experience a big plus
