Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to oversee segment P&Ls, operating expenses, and new business models. The Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for crucial business metric tracking and providing recommendations to senior leaders. This role involves forecasting and reporting for segment analysis, new business models, and marketplace/supplier business metrics.
The candidate will drive strategic analysis across multiple product lines and geographies, bringing a quantitative, data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Forecast and analyze segment analysis, operating expenses, and cost of goods sold.
- Develop and refine financial reporting for executive leadership insights.
- Build cross-functional relationships to support business unit goals.
- Construct annual planning models for the enterprise.
- Support investor relations activities and external reporting requirements.
- Pursue automation and process improvement across financial processes.
- Analyze financial results to identify trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with department leaders to drive sound investment decisions and operational efficiencies.
- Create ad hoc analysis to support key business decisions and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A roles at high-growth companies.
- Experience with SQL and working knowledge in Looker, planning tools (Oracle, Anaplan, Pigment) required.
- Advanced experience with Excel.
- Experience with a fast-growing company and scaling planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- A high degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
